Doing a diet to lose your weight is often a miserable journey.

James Ward was not unlike you.

He headed to the gym to get some exercise, but even that proved pointless. He only lasted 2 minutes on the treadmill before he became paralyzed with weakness. He thought he was having a heart attack, and that he was going to DIE …
Fortunately, he regained his strength and headed home. There, he raided his refrigerator and went mad. He ate everything he could get his hands on, most of it was trash food. It was then and there the reality hit him: he knew he had very little control over his health, and if he didn’t do anything about it, he was going to die!
Not wanting to die, James got off his couch and made up his mind.
He started searching for something – anything – that can get his health back in control and save his life. That’s when he found a book on the science of fat, written by science writer Gary Tauber . He read a preview of the book on Amazon, and he knew he had to get it. Armed with what he discovered then, and with his other intensive research, James was able to drop an amazing 36 lbs within the next 2 months. The best part of this change is that it wasn’t like his previous diets. He ate like a pig, eating whatever he wanted. He didn’t count calories, because he hated doing it anyway. He didn’t even workout or go to the gym. His nasty hunger pangs were gone, and he didn’t feel deprived. Even so, James’ weight kept coming off.
James was able to lose his weight, and keep it off. He has been on this program for over 2 years now. His family and friends started to ask him how he did it. This is why he decided to write his book and share it to anyone who wants to lose weight without having to go on a restrictive and expensive diet.
